CHINOZ
PROSPECT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
(“CPIL” or “The
Company”) first came into existence on 1st November 2000 as
an enterprise specialising in sales, supplies, installation and
maintenance of electrical materials (domestic and industrial),
instrumentation, and oil tools.
As the volume and scope of
activities of the company continued to grow steadily, the company became
incorporated as a Private Limited Company (PLC) on March 11th
2005 and was restructured by talented graduates who volunteered their
talents and resources to form a bigger unit of CHINOZ PROSPECT
INTERNATIONAL LIMITED with the corporate aim of providing quality
services to the public and industries.
The company since inception has
achieved tremendous growth and through our subsidiaries, have
diversified into other fields like oil and technical tools, steel
materials, safety equipment, construction and civil engineering
services, labour supply, Telecom and Datacom systems, and has continued
to be one of the leading contractors in the oil, steel and glass
manufacturing industries in Warri, Port Harcourt and its environs.
These were achieved through the
company’s experienced, virile and strong management team and with the
company’s head office at Port Harcourt and four (4) other branches
nationwide gave the company an edge over others in materials/products or
service sourcing and availability to be able to beat the high
competition in the market, while our overseas affiliate in ENGLAND,
ITALY, INDIA, USA and CHINA provide us with technical support and
expedite material products that could be found locally.
